We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. This individual will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers while also remaining hands-on in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative environment, can influence stakeholders, set realistic hiring expectations, and successfully deliver top talent in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies, establish recruiting plans, and set realistic expectations around talent availability, compensation, and timelines.
• Lead intake meetings and ongoing recruitment strategy discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends to hiring leaders.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
• Drive offer negotiations and support hiring managers through final hiring decisions.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to track activity and maintain recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and recruiting teams to improve hiring outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting professional, corporate, technical, or executive-level hiring.
• Proven ability to partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing background with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative skills.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and recruiting expertise.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
