The Role The attorney will primarily handle family law matters, including: Divorce Child custody Child and spousal support Equitable distribution Protection from Abuse matters Negotiations and settlement conferences Hearings and trials Client counseling and case strategy You will have substantial responsibility for your cases while working within an established firm and supported by an experienced team. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania Has family law and/or substantial litigation experience Is comfortable appearing in court and managing an active caseload Has strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills Communicates effectively with clients during difficult and emotionally sensitive matters Is organized, professional, responsive, and capable of working independently 3+ years of relevant legal experience is preferred. Candidates with strong litigation experience who are interested in expanding their practice into family law are also encouraged to apply.
