Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Telemetry) – Austin, Texas

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week contract assignment, every other weekend

Highlights:

• 34-bed Ortho/Trauma telemetry unit with 5:1 to 6:1 patient ratios
• No on-call requirements
• MediTech EMR system; GE telemetry monitoring and Welch Allyn vital signs equipment
• Typical procedures include wound vac management, CPM machines, external fixation, and bracing
• Award-winning team including ICARE and multiple Daisy Award winners
• Night shift support includes charge nurse, 6 nurses, and 2 patient care technicians

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Medical/Surgical and Telemetry experience required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
