Revenue Accounting Manager

Build and own revenue accounting at a high-growth healthcare media company nearing $100M in revenue. This is a hands-on Revenue Manager role with real system ownership, ASC 606 depth, and visibility across the business.

Salary: $165,000-$185,000 base + 10% bonus
Location: Remote (East Coast only)

• Own end-to-end revenue accounting and the full order-to-cash cycle
• Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition, including contract review and revenue schedules
• Ensure accurate data flow from CRM/OMS systems into NetSuite
• Oversee billing, collections, and revenue operations
• Partner cross-functionally to improve upstream data quality and processes
• Support audits, close, and revenue-related reporting

• Prior ownership of revenue accounting in a private company environment
• Strong, hands-on ASC 606 expertise with contract review experience
• Proven experience managing the full order-to-cash / AR lifecycle
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred
• Previous people management experience
• CPA strongly preferred; public accounting background a plus
