Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

  A valid LMFT license in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes retirement benefits, a new hire bonus, and quarterly productivity incentives. Employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for full compensation benefits, including a 401(k) plan with a company match and mileage reimbursement.
