Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups; this includes but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to optimize effectiveness and support client recovery, utilizing feedback from clients to guide modifications.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
