Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring each plan addresses their unique challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing relationships, coping mechanisms, and overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
