Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to establish clients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions grounded in the latest trauma-informed modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to process their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Coordinate closely with psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to provide integrated and holistic care focused on positive patient outcomes.

• Serve as a source of crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely help.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available coping mechanisms, and community resources to bolster recovery efforts.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focused on enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about emerging research and best practices in the realm of trauma therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact clients who are navigating the complexities of trauma. Our patient population consists of individuals coping with a range of trauma-related disorders, including those experiencing the aftermath of abuse, combat, natural disasters, and more. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients towards resilience and recovery, helping them forge a path toward emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of trauma-based disorders and proven experience in administering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in delivering mental health counseling, preferably with a focus on trauma recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
