This position operates entirely within a telehealth framework, providing the convenience of remote consultations and therapy sessions. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand the importance of flexibility based on patient needs, which may require occasional adjustments to your working hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to guide patients as they process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention support in urgent situations, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by trauma, particularly those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role is to provide compassionate, understanding, and evidence-based care, helping them navigate their recovery effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
