Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with patients while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Our clinic operates under a collaborative model, with team meetings and case consultations conducted virtually to ensure seamless communication and support. You will be expected to adhere to a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients' histories and identify effective treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans centered around individual trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and adopt effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care plans for our patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies to ensure immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and coping mechanisms to foster greater understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your trauma-informed care competencies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and evolving best practices related to trauma therapy and mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, seeking therapeutic support to address issues related to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work closely with diverse patient demographics, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and various age groups, creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where every client's unique experience is recognized and validated.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
