Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess the emotional, behavioral, and psychological health of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals, outlining actionable interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express themselves and explore their feelings.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Pior completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for case management and documentation purposes.

• Strong knowledge and application of best practice standards as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
