Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaborate with patients and their families to triage care and prioritize interventions based on presented issues.

• Communicate consistently with other staff members about assessment findings, treatment strategies, and updates regarding the interdisciplinary care plan through concise documentation and structured meetings.

• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety requirements of a diverse patient population, ensuring competent and empathetic care.

• Facilitate case management for assigned clients, working closely with community resources and healthcare professionals to provide holistic and cohesive support.

• Maintain integrity in documentation by completing necessary paperwork promptly and ethically, aligning with departmental standards.

• Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, enhancing clients' ability to achieve their personalized service objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients facing various mental health challenges in an outpatient setting. Our clientele often includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) is required.

• Flexibility to dedicate between 10 to 40 hours per week to client therapy sessions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
