Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients, including individuals, families, and groups, to determine their needs and create tailored intervention strategies.

• Engage in initial assessments and triage care, designing an individualized treatment plan based on clinical evaluations.

• Document and communicate findings, treatment plans, and updates collaboratively during interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of patient care that encompasses physical, psychological, and social aspects, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as required by the State of Massachusetts.

• Availability to provide therapy sessions ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, as well as flexibility to adapt to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
