Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in the treatment and recovery of your clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout your interactions.
\n
• Conducting individual sessions, reviewing client progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical evaluations.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that center around each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Completing detailed intake assessments to establish appropriate treatment pathways for new clients.
\n
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes that track client development and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Collaborating with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
\n
• Utilizing relevant tools and systems such as RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook for clinical documentation and scheduling.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field

• A currently active and unrestricted LMHC license
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting

• Proficiency with computers, specifically in using Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook

• Comfort and experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments with sensitivity and professionalism

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and familiarity with various treatment modalities will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually, benefiting from a fee-for-service model. Clinicians are guaranteed payment rates in advance of collections, eliminating any wait for reimbursement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
