Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible work environment, primarily operating remotely while also having access to our outpatient office located in Boston. Our facility is open Monday through Saturday, allowing you to create and manage your own schedule that fits both your and your clients' needs. In-house credentialing and management of insurance participation will be handled by our administrative team, so you can focus entirely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, and families, to gain insight into their unique situations and needs.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring that therapies are tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach; participate in meetings such as patient rounds to discuss progress, treatment modifications, and case management strategies.

• Demonstrate competency in addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients, irrespective of their age, to ensure holistic care.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, coordinating with local hospitals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care.

• Complete documentation in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring that all records meet departmental standards.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support clients effectively in their journey to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with the option to increase based on client demand.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience requirement is two years, those with advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapies, trauma-informed care, or family therapy will find themselves particularly suited for this role. Experience in community-based mental health practice is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Beautiful Minds Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
