Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' history and current status, utilizing interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to promote trauma recovery and empower resilience, ensuring each plan is responsive to patient needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and adapt approaches according to therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate assistance and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Engage with clients and their families to educate them about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the nuances of client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
