Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through detailed initial consultations, assessing clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing engaging and effective therapeutic modalities appropriate for diverse client populations.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, making adjustments to interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Texas.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n
