Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while ensuring adherence to the scope of the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services tailored to individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Engage in continuous communication with multidisciplinary teams to strategize discharge plans that enhance continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse group of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or behavioral disorders. Your role is essential in building rapport and trust with clients through empathetic communication, active listening, and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or licensed psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, along with an additional sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
