Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that not only target addiction recovery but also address underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and caseworkers, to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide educational resources and support to the families of clients, helping them understand addiction and how to support their loved ones throughout the recovery process.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
