Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where young adults can connect, share their stories, and learn coping strategies from each other.

• Providing Individualized Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions focusing on each client’s unique experiences, providing tailored support to explore feelings, thoughts, and behaviors effectively.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that establish achievable goals, ensuring clients remain actively involved in their recovery process.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and evaluations.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in close partnership with other health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses predominantly on young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will assist individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, advocating for their treatment and personal growth during pivotal stages of their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Avalid LPC license in the state of Texas, ensuring you meet all professional standards necessary for practice.

• A comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

Compensation and Benefits\n
