Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status, including collecting relevant background information and identifying specific treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and provide clients with effective coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals whenever additional support is required, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and obtain peer feedback while supporting a collaborative treatment environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Solid understanding of a range of mental health disorders, as well as knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural responsiveness.

• Ability to perform effectively during crisis situations, employing strong intervention skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
