This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing for a supportive work-life balance while serving clients. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some required flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, encompassing evidence-based techniques that emphasize resilience.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy experiences to promote collective healing and shared coping strategies.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of the patient’s needs.

• Offer crisis intervention support during emergencies related to trauma, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while providing valuable resource connections.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
