Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from start to finish Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment towards successful project completion Ensure proper project close-outs, including handoff to warranty department Monitor project conditions and submit Change Proposals as needed Requirements Advanced organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Basic knowledge of scheduling software—MS Project OSHA30 certification Familiarity with ProCore, Asana, TSheets Basic purchasing and contract management knowledge Responsible for personnel supervision related tasks if applicable Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced organizational and problem-solving capabilities while effectively coordinating project resources and ensuring successful project completion.
