Key Qualifications:

• Active state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Prior experience delivering speech-language therapy within school settings.
• Capable of supervising SLPAs, supporting their professional growth.
• Willing to support Clinical Fellows (CFs) as they advance toward full licensure.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with staff and families.
• Comfortable managing varying caseloads at the elementary level.
• Innovative problem solver eager to adapt to changing school environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students, targeting a range of communication needs.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, offering guidance and support in accordance with school and professional standards.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Evaluate and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and crafting individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.
