Office Administrator - Recruiting & Operations Support

Phoenix Metro | Full-Time

Mission Restoration is hiring an Office Administrator to support daily operations, recruiting, and office coordination for our growing roofing and storm restoration teams.

We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

This role combines traditional office admin responsibilities with assisting our recruiting team through candidate follow-ups, scheduling interviews, onboarding coordination, and review generation.

Compensation

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary
  • $10 for every customer review generated

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones and manage office communication
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Assist recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, and internal tasks
• Track documents, paperwork, and customer communication
• Help generate and manage customer reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office
• Experience with office administration, recruiting coordination, customer service, or scheduling preferred
