Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new customers while managing and expanding existing business relationships
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
• Manage corporate clients and event partners
• Plan and conduct client meetings, property tours, and sales presentations
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Reservations, Marketing, and Revenue Management

Your Profile

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for building customer relationships and maintaining personal contact
• Independent, well-structured, and results-oriented working style
• Confident demeanor and enthusiasm for sales
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
