Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest research within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse client populations, including individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, forming therapeutic alliances that foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be prioritized:

Compensation and Benefits\n
