Strategic HR Generalist & Employee Relations Partner

Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC

Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC is seeking an HR Generalist to be a key business partner across the territory. This role will serve as the primary contact for employee relations, guiding leaders in HR operations and talent management. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proven abilities in coaching and resolving employee issues.
