The Role

Your primary mission is to move assets. You are the bridge between our acquisitions team and our network of investors. You aren’t just waiting for a deal—you are actively building a pipeline, negotiating counter-offers, and ensuring every contract reaches the finish line.

Key Responsibilities

• Move Inventory: Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team across both MLS and off-market opportunities.
• Build Your Network: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of active investors through consistent outreach and systematic follow-up.
• Close Deals: Coordinate showings, negotiate terms and pricing, and guide transactions from initial interest to a successful close.
• Manage Transaction Flow: Handle multiple high-urgency, time-sensitive transactions simultaneously with extreme accuracy.
• Advise Sellers: Present homeowners with the best solution, whether it’s an off-market cash offer or a traditional listing strategy.

• Licensed: Active California Real Estate License required.
