Type: Full-Time Contract | 100% Commission

We operate at the intersection of traditional real estate and investment acquisitions. Whether it's a quick cash close or a standard MLS listing, we provide the platform; you provide the hustle.

We operate out of our physical hub in Long Beach. We aren’t here to micromanage your every move, but we are looking for dedicated professionals who thrive in an energy-driven, collaborative office culture.

Your primary mission is to move assets. You are the bridge between our acquisitions team and our network of investors. You aren’t just "waiting for a deal"—you are actively building a pipeline, negotiating counter-offers, and ensuring every contract reaches the finish line.

Move Inventory: Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team (both MLS and off-market).

Build Your Network: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of active investors through consistent outreach and follow-up.

Close Deals: Coordinate showings, negotiate pricing, and guide transactions from initial interest to a successful close.

Manage Transaction Flow: Handle multiple high-urgency transactions simultaneously with extreme accuracy.

Advise Sellers: Leverage our brokerage arm to present homeowners with the best solution, whether it’s an off-market cash offer or a traditional listing.

Who You Are

Licensed: Active CA real estate license required.

Strong Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal skills for drafting professional counter-offers and managing high-level investor relationships.
