Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to formulate clinical diagnoses and assess the need for therapeutic services.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other relevant therapeutic techniques.

• Provide therapy in various formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, consistently adapting approaches to best meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health episodes, providing immediate support and resources to mitigate risk and facilitate stabilization.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Work in interdisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for further support, while advocating effectively for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied patient population, which includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, ideally as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is mandated, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
