Come join our team! The qualified candidate must have an LPN license with prior leadership experience in an assisted living/memory care setting. The Director of Nursing/Health and Wellness Director manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met. They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change. Some other responsibilities include being on call, completing assessments on incoming residents, interviewing new hires, scheduling and managing the clinical staff.
