Contract Administrator

Job description The Pattie Group is looking for a talented individual to join our Administration Team as a Contract Administrator . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and is capable of achieving results in a very fast-paced and changing environment. We are looking for a Contract Administrator who will embrace our culture and add to it. This is a challenging yet fun position for someone who has a desire to learn and grow. Contract Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: Daily Job Duties: Answer phones, take new leads, direct calls Process approved contracts into the CRM System Apply payments to invoices Report generation Review the progress of jobs Maintain record management systems (physical and digital) Maintain departmental workflow General office filing Weekly Job Duties: Prepare client statements and mail Make calls or write letters when necessary to clients regarding outstanding balances Account reconciliation Monthly Job Duties: Process client billing and mail Qualifications: Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, CRM software Previous contract processing experience required Exceptional organization & communication skills (written & verbal). Can-do attitude with a willingness to dive in and try new things. Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing.
