Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans based on functional limitations and disabilities.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and continuously assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families about recovery strategies, adaptive techniques, and at-home exercises to enhance rehabilitation.
• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other health professionals, to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and treatment details meticulously in both written and electronic formats, adhering to regulatory and professional standards.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness initiatives and build strong relationships within the community.
• Assist in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and student interns, offering guidance and support in best practices.
• Attend and contribute to regular staff meetings and training sessions, maintaining a commitment to professional development and continuous education.
• Contribute to departmental leadership functions, including program development, marketing efforts, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and resources to enhance service delivery and efficiency in patient care.

Qualifications
