We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. In this role, you will have total responsibility for the management of the profit center. Ability to balance time in the branch hands-on with operations.What we need from you:5+ years of successful profit center managementExperience managing P&LSales experienceSafety driven, experienced in fostering a safe work environment and cultureExperience managing and leading a teamAbility to multitask.Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to initiate action and take risks in order to attain business goalsAdapts comfortably to changing situations and new tasksSense of urgency in resolving issues and servicing the customerCompletion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.Must be at least 18 years of ageValid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.Contractor's license is a plusVeterans encouraged to apply!Visit us at to learn more!
