Lead Recruiter – High-Volume Recruiting
Location: Remote
Shift/Schedule: Full-time
Pay/Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

A well-established financial institution experiencing rapid market growth is seeking a Lead Recruiter to anchor a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting operation. This role is built for a hands-on producer, not a people manager: roughly 95 percent of the work is direct full-cycle recruiting, with the recruiter acting as a go-to resource for coaching and mentoring only when the hiring manager needs support. The ideal candidate thrives on volume, moves candidates through the pipeline quickly, and enjoys informally guiding less experienced recruiters without taking on formal supervisory duties.

• Manage an individual requisition load through the complete recruiting cycle
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring needs
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens for open roles
• Coordinate interviews and prepare candidate materials and debriefs
• Extend offers and negotiate salary and benefits within established guidelines
• Coach, mentor, and support other recruiters when the manager requests help
• Track pipeline activity, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill metrics
• Maintain consistent, accurate use of the applicant tracking system

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions under aggressive timelines
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
