Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Managing complex Auto and General Liability claims, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active adjuster's license and/or certification in all states where claims are handled Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with claims and business software
