Senior Automation Test Engineer

To drive automation strategy and improve engineering practices, the full-time hybrid Senior Automation Test Engineer will lead automation initiatives, mentor peers, and design scalable automation frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams, requiring onsite presence in Pittston, PA at least once every other month. Key responsibilities Champion automation best practices and continuously improve frameworks and testing strategies across engineering teams Design and maintain enterprise-scale automation frameworks, establishing coding standards for maintainability and scalability Mentor engineers and perform code reviews to enhance the quality of automation solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of dedicated automation engineering experience within large-scale software organizations Proven experience leading automation initiatives across multiple teams or departments Expert-level experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or TypeScript Demonstrated ability to influence engineering decisions and mentor team members
