Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are insightful and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, ensuring accurate identification of clients' needs, and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient mental health setting that demonstrates competence in therapeutic practices and modalities.

• Robust knowledge of evidence-based interventions, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
