Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct tailored individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address the emotional nuances and relational dynamics that arise during the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Silver Lining Counseling Center, you will work primarily with individuals and families who are undergoing treatment for a range of mental health issues and are often dealing with co-occurring physical rehabilitation needs. This includes clients recovering from trauma, chronic illness, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve helping clients explore their emotional landscapes and relational hurdles to foster sustainable healing practices and family cohesiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 and USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
