Job Description

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Contract: 06 Months (Possible Extension)

Work Location: Seneca St Elma New York 14059 (Onsite)

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR

· At least 1 year of related experience, coordinating interviews or meetings preferred

· Well-developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships with managers, other HR staff and represent positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.

· Proven ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions to keep processes moving effectively

· Enjoy working in a high-volume, detailed and structured environment

· Ability to multi-task

· Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System.

Preferred Skillset:

· Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar scheduling, is highly preferred.

· Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in interview schedules

· Availability between 8am-5pm EST, as we have recruiters on both the West and East coasts
