Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches, to address the mental health challenges faced by your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure that every patient receives coordinated, quality care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that promote professional development and enhance the overall quality of treatment.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
