Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and psychological evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with state laws and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is timely and complete.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing counseling services to psychiatric patients and/or individuals in the substance abuse spectrum.

Compensation and Benefits\n
