As a licensed therapist, you will play a critical role in addressing the mental health crisis faced by adolescents and young adults across the nation, providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality mental health care tailored to the needs of adolescents and young adults.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and recovery among clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss case management strategies and share insights on client progress.

• Manage a full calendar of clients, conducting scheduled sessions while ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with the latest practices in mental health and substance use treatment.

• Provide support and guidance to families of clients where appropriate, facilitating family therapy sessions when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care to adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients may come from diverse backgrounds and face circumstances that impact their mental well-being. By limiting the size of group therapy sessions to a maximum of eight participants, you will have the opportunity to foster deep relationships and provide individualized attention to each client's unique healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or up to 40 hours per week for full-time W2 positions.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in virtual settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in a mental health setting, particularly in teletherapy contexts.

• Demonstrated competency in leading group sessions effectively, encouraging participation and fostering a supportive environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
