SR Digital Campaign Specialist

Hybrid position working from the Legacy Support Center located in Plano Texas

About the Role

Partner with Sr Manager Ecommerce to develop strategic vision of home page, promotions, and cross-divisional campaigns across sallybeauty.com, sallybeauty.ca, and app. Develop online experiences to support events and sales that are critical to ecommerce achieving weekly and monthly financial goals/targets. Analyze, develop and execute robust ecommerce strategies by maintaining consistent collaboration with merchandising/marketing teams to optimize sales.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for landing page experiences and linking strategy for future campaigns and promotions with input from Manager, Site Merchandisers across mobile app and across desktop and mobile web for sallybeauty.com and sallybeauty.ca. High collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandisers and Front-End Developers to plan, drive and recommend future online campaigns with focus on end-to-end customer experience.
• Develop and submit asset requests to Creative team for future campaigns, promotions, etc. Responsible for maintaining site-walk calendar and ensuring all cross-functional partners are adhering to deadlines through high collaboration and communication. Work on campaign and promotion deliverables to align with business objectives. Engage in talent reviews and succession planning, promoting the right talent and building career pathing for high performers. Assessing the development needs from a business perspective and taking ownership and addressing them.
• Analyzing and sharing insights from campaigns (i.e. hindsight/postmortem) and applying learnings to future events and end-to-end experiences.
• Provide direction and guidance to Ecommerce Promotions Specialist.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-4 years' related ecommerce experience preferably with a multi-channel retailer (preferred)

• Detail oriented
• Team Player and able to work with cross functional teams (marketing, site merchandising, creative, merchandising, digital product)
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and functionality such as Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, Salesforce.
• Experience with Photoshop, Figma or design platforms is preferred.
• Able to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions.
• Able to manage many projects and drive multiple threads of work
• Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
• Able to quickly learn necessary technical tools

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

The work may require some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as record boxes. The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
