Sr. Project Engineer – Industrial RefrigerationCurrently in need of a Sr. Project Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration with experience in Contracting and Contractor Sales, as well as Project Engineering to join a forward-thinking client in the Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC Industry at our Cincinnati, OH location. This position has opened up due to growth, with a service territory covering Southwestern Ohio. You will play a crucial role in our expansion by establishing initial connections with customers, understanding their requirements, providing quotes, and nurturing long-lasting relationships.Job Responsibilities:Business developmentSolution creationGenerating salesCreating project plansManaging projectsRequirements:Industrial Refrigeration expertiseFamiliarity with ammonia refrigeration is a BONUSMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction, engineering, or project managementBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related fieldKnowledge of CO2 refrigeration / mechanical / HVAC systems is advantageousProficiency in project management techniques (project plan, Gantt, CPM)PMP certification is advantageousUnderstanding of industry equipment componentsFamiliarity with OSHA / EPA regulationsStrong focus on safety and knowledge of safe work practicesAbility to estimate, quote, and secure new businessComfortable requesting business opportunities from customersBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceBonus potential tied to company performanceHealth insurance coverageCompany vehicle with insurance, gas, and maintenance/repairs401K plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysLife/Disability insuranceRelocation assistance
