• Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and send billing invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and billing details.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to prepare for audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or Payroll Specialist.
