The Role We're looking for a driven, competitive Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to self-source and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys hitting goals, and brings strong experience recruiting in operations, manufacturing, or warehouse settings . You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing top field and operations talent across multiple regions. This position requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning the recruiting process from start to finish.
