What You'll Do Provide HR support to employees, supervisors, and leadership in a fast‑paced environment. Assist with employee relations, HR administration, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including reading, writing, speaking, and translating as needed. Assist with payroll utilizing ADP WFN Support multiple locations within the DFW area through occasional local travel. Learn and gain exposure to various HR functions while working alongside an experienced HR team. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of HR support experience , preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking, and translating). REQUIRED Experience with benefits administration, recruiting, or payroll is a strong plus. Ability to work 100% onsite and travel to other DFW‑area locations as needed. A positive, engaging personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
