Entry Level: Customer Experience Associate We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our rapidly growing team as we work to innovate and re-imagine the fashion resale experience. As our Customer Experience Associate, you will be the voice of our e-commerce brand, The Wrld. You will be the first point of contact for our shoppers, with a goal of sales conversion and brand building from the ground up by engaging our customers with excellence. You will interface with customers on the phone and via email so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate is a sales driven problem-solver with the ability to effectively work independently and within a team. This role is cross functional and requires a high level of communication with both customers and our internal Operations and Merchandising teams. We are seeking candidates with sophisticated communication skills and a background in fashion, retail management, and/or communications to drive sales results and own all customer touchpoints and daily operations related to the growth and success of our online store. Core Responsibilities: Manage daily eBay store and The Wrld customer inquires related to product, shipping, returns, invoicing, and other store policies Respond to daily eBay customer offers to maximize sales while maintaining our desired business margins Manage eBay and The Wrld returns Maintain eBay top rated Power Seller status with at least 99.9% positive customer feedback Review and maintain a high quality standard for all product listings Work with Merchandising team to provide customer feedback and maintain product listing quality to drive sales numbers Collaborate with team to increase eBay store loyalty and convert customers to TheWrld.com shoppers Support the growth of The Wrld social media presence and engagement Experience and Qualifications: Recent college grad with internship experience in fashion, retail, communications or a related field Must be seeking a fast paced startup work environment Has ability to communicate effectively in a professional and customer-centric manner Possesses customer empathy and patience Self-starter who’s flexible and can remain organized while prioritizing multiple and sometimes conflicting tasks Sales and results driven attitude Problem solver with the ability to think critically about streamlining internal processes Ability to work both independently and with a team Previous experience managing an eBay store for personal or professional use (preferred) Health and dental benefits Work with a great team of smart and engaging individuals Ample room for growth Regular team happy hours and birthday celebrations #J-18808-Ljbffr
